Access Praxedo user support

Each Praxedo user identified as a potential request initiator can access Zendesk by default. They have access to:

  • Articles posted in the knowledge base
  • Their own request tickets (by choosing “My activities”)


  • URL:
  • User name: User email address
  • Password: use the “forgotten password” link to log in the first time

Specific procedure for Administrators

If you have an Administrator profile, you can request an extended access to all the tickets opened by users belonging to your organization.
