I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot password link available on the Login screen where you enter your password. A window opens up.

Choose whether you prefer to reset your password via email or SMS by clicking Select. You will be taken to a screen on which you can enter the code you just received by email or SMS.

Click on Verify. You can then set your new password.

I forgot my user name

Your user name was sent to you via email and follows the format: XXXXX@XXXX. If you forgot it, you may retrieve it in the original email. If you lost or deleted this email, please contact your Praxedo account administrator.

Login errors

If you encounter an error while logging in, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The login ID or password is incorrect;
• You tried to log in with a mobile profile code;
• Your account does not have an associated profile;
• Your account has no associated subscription;
• You are not connected to the internet;
• You tried to log in using your Google/Apple/Microsoft Azure credentials, but the email/user ID entered in your profile details does not match your Google/Apple/Microsoft Azure user ID.
