Help to log in to the new Praxedo Mobile app

I forgot my password

On the mobile app's Sign In screen, enter your Username and click on Next button. If you forgot your password, click on the Forgot password? link available on the screen where you enter your password. The following window opens up:

Choose whether you prefer to reset your password via email or SMS by clicking Select. You will be taken to this next screen on which you can enter the code you just received by email or SMS.

Click on Verify. You can then set your new password.

I forgot my username

Your username was sent to you via email and follows the format: XXXXX@XXXX. If you forgot it, you may retrieve it in the original email. If you lost or deleted this email, please contact your Praxedo account administrator.

Login errors

If you encounter an error while signing in, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The username or password is incorrect;
  • You tried to log in with a mobile profile code;
  • Your account does not have an associated profile;
  • Your account has no associated subscription;
  • You are not connected to the internet;
  • You tried to log in using your Google/Apple/Microsoft Azure credentials, but the email/username entered in your profile details does not match your Google/Apple/Microsoft Azure username.
