Roll out calendar
On site configuration workshop divided into 2 phases (1 day)
- The morning is dedicated to the assessment of your needs and understanding of your internal processes
- The afternoon consists in completing the first level of configuration with your CSM (Customer Success Manager). At the end of the day, you should be able to carry out a complete work order lifecycle. Your CSM then shows you the tasks that you can achieve yourself to fine-tune your account configuration.
This workshop requires the presence of your internal project sponsor and operations manager. We highly recommend that a field resource takes part in the second phase of the day.
Weeks 2 et 3
Two remote follow-up meetings
During weeks 2 and 3, you must dedicate time to testing and validating your Praxedo account configuration. One session is scheduled each week, with your CSM helping you finalize the setup and answer your questions after the test phase.
These sessions can be held remotely and each lasts 2 hours.
On site training session divided into 2 steps (1 day)
- A training session for web users in charge of creating, scheduling, and monitoring work orders (dispatchers, operation managers, scheduling teams)
- A training session for your selected field resources, presenting how to use the mobile app on the field.
Weeks 5 and 6
Two follow up meetings
Two sessions (one per week) are scheduled with your CSM to share best practices and answer your questions during the first weeks of use. These two sessions can be held remotely and require 1.5 hours each.
