The keys for a successful roll out

A Project Manager will assist you throughout the implementation of Praxedo. They will help you with the initial setup and train you so that you can use Praxedo on a daily basis and be able to adjust the settings of your account on your own. 

It is important to adhere to the schedule established with your Project Manager. Your commitment and involvement throughout the roll out process will ensure that the project runs smoothly and that you receive the most benefit from Praxedo.

Project launch and defining the schedule

Video call meeting with your project manager to introduce you to the project and to plan the project and its key stages.

Week 1

Session 1: 1.5 hours of virtual meetings

Training workshop to analyze your needs and to understand your internal processes.

The workshop lasts 1.5 hours and takes place via videoconference with the internal project manager and the manager of the relevant activity. At the end of this session, your Project Manager will work on your account settings for 4 hours.

At the same time, you can integrate your customer base and work orders on Praxedo.

Week 2

Session 2: 1.5 hour virtual meeting

Training session where your project manager will present you your account settings and explain how to manage your work orders. This session lasts 1.5 hours and takes place by videoconference.


After this session, you will create, plan and complete test work orders to put into practice what you have seen during the session, to familiarize yourself with Praxedo and to document configuration adjustments you’d like to be made.


Week 4

Session 3: 1.5 hours of virtual meetings

Training for you and your team to become more familiarized with the application and to adjust the settings. 

Following your first tests, your Project Manager will answer your questions and together you will make the necessary adjustments to the configuration so your account is operational at the end of this session. You will also learn about more advanced functionalities based on the needs identified during the first session. 

At the end of this session, you will use Praxedo by integrating a part of your team on actual work orders.


Week 6

Session 4: 1.5 hours of virtual meetings

Meeting to review the first week of use of the application, to fine-tune the settings and to present the Premium features of Praxedo. At this stage, you will be able to use the application with your whole team.


Week 7

Session 5: 1 to 1.5 hours of virtual meetings

Session intended to review the first few weeks of use of the application, complete the setup and finish the training on Praxedo Premium features. At this stage, you will be able to make the most of your Praxedo account and use it with your entire team on a daily basis. 

Semaine 9 et +

Day TBC - 1 hour of virtual meetings

Debriefing meeting to evaluate how well the users are handling the application before closing the project and improving your navigation with some tips. This meeting lasts 30 minutes and takes place by videoconference.
